These Terms govern your use of azureskies.cc and its affiliated sites operated by Azure Skies Motorsports ("Azure Skies," "we," "us"): the repair shop site, our online parts store (shop.azureskies.cc), our software pages and demos (software.azureskies.cc, demos.azureskies.cc), and our shop management software (dashboard.azureskies.cc, try.azureskies.cc). By using any of these sites, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Azure Skies Motorsports is a Subaru repair and service shop. We also sell aftermarket/OE-spec parts online and build shop-management software used by our own shop and offered to others. Repair estimates are estimates, not final invoices, until work is authorized; final pricing is confirmed before or at pickup.
2. Appointments & Repairs
Requesting an appointment through our site does not guarantee a specific time slot; we'll confirm by phone or text. We only perform diagnostic or repair work after we've communicated the scope and estimated cost to you and you've authorized it.
3. Online Orders
Parts orders are subject to availability. Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Order and return questions: call (617) 539-6308.
4. Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us via Twilio about the vehicle we're servicing for you — appointment confirmations, repair status updates, estimates, and photos or videos of your vehicle while it's in our shop. It's an informal, direct line to the shop for your specific visit, not a marketing list; we don't use it to send promotions or anything unrelated to your service. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies based on activity. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. Demo & Preview Content
Pages under demos.azureskies.cc showcase example website designs for fictional businesses and are not real shops, offers, or endorsements. try.azureskies.cc is a public sandbox preloaded with sample data that resets periodically — please don't enter real customer information there.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and software on these sites belong to Azure Skies or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our software without permission. "Subaru" and vehicle model names referenced on our parts store describe fitment only; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Subaru Corporation.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our sites and software are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Azure Skies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites; our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or order at issue.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as our services change. Continued use of our sites after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
